Privacy Note

When you book the kitchen at Ngara Food Projects, you trust us with some of your information. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address — so we can hold your booking, reach you about it, and send your confirmation and agreement.
• For business bookings: your company name, KRA PIN and accounts email — solely so our accounts team can issue your invoice correctly.
• Your payment references (such as an M-Pesa confirmation code) — to match your payment to your booking.
• The time and network address (IP) at which you accept the Kitchen Rental Terms — as the record of your electronic signature.

What we do with it

• We use it only to manage your booking: confirmation, payment, your signed rental agreement, and communication about your kitchen time.
• We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone except as needed to run the booking itself (for example, our email delivery provider, or our bank when reconciling your payment).
• Your signed agreement and booking records are kept securely as business and legal records.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where we're not legally required to keep it — signed agreements and payment records, for instance, must be retained). Just write to us and we'll respond promptly.
